Special Foam Cabinet

Cabinet Features :

1. Cabinet and door are made of 1.2mm electro-galvanized steel.
2. Cabinets are with around folded edges without any sharp edges and burrs. The roof is slop type.
3. Cabinet painted with red electrostatic powder coating process.
4. Other colors are available on request.
5. The design of the inductor enables an exact mixing rate of the passing water equipped with bypass system

Cabinet to accommodate:

1. 100% synthetic jacket hose size 1.5”x30 meter length, wrapped on swinging hose reel. 2. Control gate value foam inductor. 3. Foam branchpipe with shut of control value made of aluminium. Handle made of hard rubber, also can be used as water jet pipe. 4. Foam containers, each with 20 liter 3% foam concentrate. Different types of foam concentrates are available on request.

Heavy Duty Fire Hose Reel

Cabinet Features :

NAFFCO heavy duty hose reel is designed for used in manufacturing plants, warehouse, etc. It can be mounted on wall or on ground and is equipped with a special hose guide.

Fire Hose Reel with Foam Tank

Cabinet Features :

NAFFCO hose reel with foam tank is a complete fire fighting unit with 30m of 1.5” hose, connected to a variable foam inductor fed from a stainless steel tank. It is designed for use with AFFF synthetic foam concentrate, or with Environment friendly FFFP. It is an ideal unit for fighting fire in chemical and petro-chemical plants.

Fire Hose Reel

Features :

1. Manufactured as per BS EN671-1 standard.
2. Hose reel discs are manufactured using 1.2mm electro galvanised steel sheets and has ribs that gave extra strength, which in turn avoid twisting.
3. Hose reel drum painted with red powder coating or chrome in stainless steel finish are available upon request
4. Plastic nozzle supplied has jet/spray/shut-off operations.
5. Chrome plated brass nozzle is available upon request.
6. Hose has working pressure of 12 bar and bursting pressure of 50 bar and it is red in color, black color also available upon request.
7. Inlet stop valve 1” size in made of brass and finished with chrome. Brass finish available upon request.
8. Each unit is hydrostatically tested at 18 bar.
9. For fixed hose reel, a hose guide could be supplied upon request.
10.Swinging hose reel is mounted on an arm which swings 180° and the hose can be run out in all directions without a hose guide.
11.In automatic models, the valve opens automatically within three revolutions of the reel.
12.Fire hose reel is an efficient and reliable fire-fighting unit suitable for use in all types of buildings.
13.The water is supplied through the center of the reel, so the unit is always ready for immediate use.

Special double vertical recessed type cabinets

Features :

1. Upper compartment specially designed for mounting swinging pipe type hose reels (size - 1” x 30 mtr. / ¾” x 30 mtr. / Manual or Automatic).
2. Lower compartment can accommodate the following:
3. Fire hose rack 1.5” x 30 mtr. / 2.5” x 30 mtr. with complete accessories or 2.5” x 30 mtr. lay flat fire hose + 2 portable extinguishers + 2.5” landing valve + nozzle.
4. Special hose reel mounting bracket with minimal cabinet depth.
5. Swinging pipe type hose reel can be mounted on either side of the cabinet based on the site condition/ riser access.
6. Inlet lock shield control valve, pressure reducing valve are fixed.
7. Cabinet can be with Stainless Steel facia and Back box Electrogalvanised Steel sheet / Full Stainless Steel sheet Brush or Mirror Finish.
8. Cabinet painted with Red (RAL 3000) electrostatic powder coating.
